Many UFOs or aliens are souls without bodies, that use artificial bodies to traverse the universe.
I believe that many "alien abductions" were out-of-body experiences forced on people.
Because of the millions of years necessary for intergalactic travel, either "wormholes" are used or fabricated bodies used as vehicles.

A former Israeli space security chief has sent eyebrows shooting heavenward by saying that earthlings have been in contact with extraterrestrials from a "galactic federation."
"The Unidentified Flying Objects have asked not to publish that they are here, humanity is not ready yet," Haim Eshed, former head of Israel's Defense Ministry's space directorate, told Israel's Yediot Aharonot newspaper. The interview in Hebrew ran on Friday, and gained traction after parts were published in English by the Jerusalem Post on Tuesday.
A respected professor and retired general, Eshed said the aliens were equally curious about humanity and were seeking to understand "the fabric of the universe."

Luis Elizondo, who ran the Pentagon’s UFO program for years and recently revealed it to the world, says the US military tried to intimidate and smear him.
His complaint apparently triggered an inspector-general probe.
Elizondo is a counterintelligence specialist who was in charge of the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) before it was disbanded in 2012. Five years later, he made public three US Navy videos showing “unexplained aerial phenomena” (UAP). The US military later confirmed the videos as authentic, but said they were not meant for publication.

Philip Schneider, an explosive engineer who worked for the U.S. government, with high-level security clearance,
claimed that in 1979 he participated in the building of a "secret underground base," in Dulce, New Mexico.
It was here that a horrific battle played out leaving 60 humans dead and countless subterranean aliens fighting for their life.
Schneider asserts that he was suspicious of the engineering operation while noticing the presence of Green Berets and Special Forces. His fears were realized when after drilling underground he came face-t0-face with a 7-foot tall, stinky, gray alien. Obviously he freaked out and grabbed a pistol he was carrying (because that's what engineers do?) and shot and killed two aliens. Another alien shot some laser-plasma ball or whatever at him and blew off some of his fingers. He was saved by a Green Beret who allegedly gave his life for him. In all, 60 human-people allegedly lost their lives that day at the "Alien-Human Battle of Dulce."
"There's a war under there and it's been going on since that time," he said. He spoke of 1,477 underground bases around the world, 129 of which were located in the United States. Each cost $17 billion or more. He said the Black Budget, hidden from other U.S. government agencies and from the public, garners 25 percent of the gross national product. Researcher Jim Bennett, in a letter to Jacques Vallee dated Jan. 15, 1992, made some startling disclosures in regards to the alien situation and the Dulce, N.M. base in particular.
It is my belief that even if there is a fascist-CIA cabal trying to establish a world dictatorship using the ‘threat’ of an alien invasion to foment world government, that the ‘threat’ may be real all the same.
It is also possible that the ‘Bavarians’ may be working with very REAL aliens in an end-game designed to establish a world government using this ‘threat’ as an excuse to do so, although when the world is under ‘their’ control the Illuminati may betray the human race by turning much of the global government control-system over to the Grey aliens [the Beast?].
?The aliens may have been collaborating with the Bavarians for a very long time as part of their agenda to implement absolute electronic control over the inhabitants of planet earth.
