Please share this with anyone interested in bringing home all their pay (no
deductions for social security or income taxes.) This is just the beginning
of the process. You must realize most companies will either refuse to hire
you or demand you submit forms/info as a condition to keep your job. Others
will ignore you and continue to make unauthorized deductions from your pay.
It has to start somewhere, so here's the info to help you.

I have our clients submit an unsigned I-9 form to the company with the top
paragraph highlighting the part which reads: "ANTI-DISCRIMINATION NOTICE.
It is illegal to discriminate against work eligible individuals. Employers
CANNOT specify which document(s) they will accept from an employee."
This form, together with a copy of 8 U.S.C. 1342a(b), 1342b(a),1342a(b)(2),
the worker's Attestation of employment authorization, a copy of the Privacy
Act of 5 U.S.C. Annotated 552(a), and a summary of the EEOC v. Information
Systems Consulting CA-92-0169-T In the United States District Court
Northern
District of Texas Dallas Division are to remain permanently in the client's
personnel file.
Armed with this information, all you reading this post now know how you
can
apply for a job or keep the one you have without legally submitting a Form
W-4 or Form W-9, and legally not disclose your SSN as a condition for
employment. Otherwise, the company has violated the law and your rights.
So sue them!
Additionally, if a worker so desires (but it's not mandatory) a U.S.
Passport (current or expired) is one of the documents the DOJ (Dept. of
Justice) lists to establish both identity and employment eligibility.

Stop the fraudulent withholding of social security & income taxes
each pay day. No law requires most workers to have a SSN or
to submit a Form W-4 or W-9 as a condition of employment or
to keep your present job. Check out information about your rights.
